    Makes 8 days my order was sent and still can not track it. I have paid the $ 37 five days ago because the delivery area was remote. The support staff is not clear to me, please, what may be happening.

    Total: USD 291.89 via DHL.

    Tracking: (nothing works, maybe is wrong?) .> 2629263125

      I emailed your support team about my faulty Pipo 7s bought recently Order 3371088 two days ago and as yet no response. Please expedite.

            Hello,

            i sent 3 mails to support and recieved no answer. I paid for DHL shipping and website information said package will be delivered within 3-5 days. 2 Days ago i recieved mail from you that my package is sent via nlpost and will arrive in 15-30 days. Since I won't be able to pick up package if it comes after 15.7 (which is why i paid for DHL fast shipping) I want to know what went wrong and have my order cancelled if you cannot send me package as I paid for it.
            I'm starting to regret for choosing geekbuying.

                      My P7000 has arrived and is faulty. There is no sound on video playback. A friend has a new delivery with the same fault. Am I entitled to a refund/replacement/repair? How do I send it back and who pays?
                      My order number is 3365859. Is it true that the P7000 does not have stereo speakers?

                          Teclast X98 Air 2 does not power on. (Order no. 3240739).

                          This tablet does not power on anymore after less than four months of use. I tried to charge it using another known good power supply of the same type but it won't even get warmed.
                          Geekbuying has given the following sugestions but none has worked.

                          ********************* 1) Press on the Power button for 15 to 20 seconds to see if it can turn on.
                          >> I did try many times. Even tried it with Vol+ and Vol- but still it's not powering on.
                          2) If it still can not work, please try to click on the recover button of the tablet. normally it is a small hole or a little button on the tablet backside.
                          >> There's no recovery button on this tablet. No holes aside from the speaker's.
                          3) If it still does not work, please try to install the firmware here, http://blog.geekbuying.com/?s=Teclast+X98+Air+
                          >> How to install if the tablet is not detected by the computer?
