    Order Number: #3415286, still processing...If you don't ship my order until tomorrow i will ask a refund. This is my second time with geekbuying, same issues. Very disappointed!!!

          i want to cancel the order and get the full refund, please. Already send the email to support, but it seems that here the support is much faster. Any Skype contact for direct conversation would be appreciated . Never deal with Geekbuying again. What's the point on paying the item and waiting infinity to receive it?

              I want to cancel the order immediately, don't want to wait another 2 days for your customer support to cancel it. So please give me any Skype contact or another online contact to speak directly to your support, i don't want to deal it through emails. If you continue to refuse or retard my refund i will open case on Paypal then.

                  I ordered your new Orion R68 on July 14th and it still has not shipped yet. Other users here in the forums who order days after me are already receiving theirs. Why do you continually take FOREVER to ship my orders? Order # 3400608 - I would also like a 10 dollar refund to compensate me for your inability to accurately ship based on order numbers.

                      I ordered 2 Tronsmart MXIII boxes. I updated them via the OTA software and my wifi no longer works. Order #3397613, both boxes are experiencing the exact same problem. Flashing firmwares from freaktab does not solve this issue. I need this resolved right away.

                              My Order is #3399417 for a Tronsmart R68 its still processing and I assume I will get mine in the 8/18/2015 batch mentioned here and at GeekBuying site. My question is, will you guys be sending me a device with the newest stable firmware or will I have to flash it myself to update it to current firmware? Thanks
