Hello Geekbuying,
I recently purchased an android tv box through your site, and received it yesterday. It seems to be defective as it doesn't work as it should. More specifically, when attached to the HDMI, there is no picture on the tv. When attached through the AV wires, there is a flickering picture which scrolls up and down rapidly.

The package arrived intact, and there is no obvious damage to the unit itself. It appears to be a manufacturing defect, as opposed to shipping damage.

Can I get a refund or exchange, or is there something I can do to fix it? Please advise. Thank you.

Yes. DHL can not ship power bank.

It can not ship by registered airmail.

I ordered a PIPO x7s 64 gb earlier this week, I picked fast DHL delivery. After hitting buy, I saw actually there was a different box that would have suited me better, so I requested a cancellation via email.By the time my email was read the order was dispatched. So I said ok, my bad really, probably should have researched more carefully. The delivery was really fast, but I had to pay the duty, which was expected. When I got the PIPO x7s I had to turn it on and off 2-3 times at first to get to start. Then it worked for a while, but I inserted a SD memory card the screen became garbled and it turned off ! Every time I try to boot it now it doesn't work at all, nothing is displayed on the screen, the LED flashes, stays on for a few seconds and goes off again. I'm really disappointed as the cost has really added up. Can I get a refund for this please ? Order number is #3370820 . I also emailed the support guys at [email protected]

Please can u use good shippers for all parcels. NL post is fast to UK, singpost is sooooooooooooo slow. Ordered 3 identical items posted on same day, nlpost is here all singpost are not. I had 5 items shipped on 5th 6th of June. And only one nlpost has arrived.
