      ordered TNT shipping you replied the next day saying TNT cannot deliver from HK and you were sending via DHL, this was sunday and its 3-5 days posting, but i do not have a tracking number yet!
      Also on the status page you still have TNT processing,were is my order as if its not even been sent yet id like to cancel and buy elsewhere.

      BTW your email response and chat are terrible!
      dont think you actually MAN the chat, as ive never spoken to anyone!
      been sat here 4 hours with chat box open waiting for an operator, emailed also hence ive come onto here to get answers.

        I tried to get a person on the chat as well as I'm getting tired of waiting and not being sure if I'm going to get the tablet before I leave the US (not even your mail support could tell me if it would have shipped withing this week), so I prefer cancel the order (going to email my decision, let's see what happens)

            For example, if you send email on 14th July and 15th July, system will mark your email sending time is 15th July.

                      You still have not answered my question reference tracking,
                      But I did get an email stating
                      You didn't have the k3 note in stock and to wait patiently,
                      This was not said on your website and you said you had stock in your HK store which I ordered, I also paid the premium postage to get it here at home in the UK 3-5 working days not two weeks.
                      There is other companies who have promised me it faster than you,

                      Sorry geekbuyer I have lost a faith in your company I don't like being lied to or false advertised, I need a phone by this weekend ,as I ordered it Sunday hoping it would be here by latest tomorrow.

                        I Got an email saying that HK stock cannot be shipped by TNT and you are going to ship by DHL.

                        Few hours later i got another email stating that my area is remote and asked me to check this link http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp, well My area isn"t remote, check yourself

                        This is absurd asking me to pay $12 more for shipping, I have no idea why there was an option for TNT if cant ship. I just tried to buy another, and there is still option to choose TNT as shipping method

                          another update from Geekbuyer found out nearly a week after i ordered it even when they said it was in stock HK, that they have sold out and need to order some more in, so please could i wait!!!!! the cheek!

                            I just wanna say that despite the warehouse / logistic service could be improved to speed up the shipping (it really makes little sense choosing DHL that delivers in 2-3 days but the goods take more than a week to be dispatched), that the customer service has been great. Thank you for the support.
