GB DHL said they still haven't received any package so may I know what is GeekBuying up to? Do GB use some Dodgy and cheap af Courier service to send my package to DHL facility which ofc they will take their time to send to DHL since it is a cheap service? Because Right now, My package has been stuck on Shipment information received for 4 freaking days!!! I chose DHL because y'all said it will deliver by 3-5 days! Wth! I'll rather wait for free shipping if I knew this was going to happen
insisting that you have shipped out my item means u really did use some cheap courier service to send to DHL which they will take their own sweet time to send to DHL when they got enough orders

Maybe you can try to opening the bottom shell, try to plug the CMOS and battery.

I just wanted to report back that this worked. I removed 4 screws, undid the clips from the top cover using a credit card and was able to easily remove the battery. Once I put it all back together, the Vorke V1 booted on HDMI. After that it completed the Windows update and seems to be working fine!

Hello, my order number is 3887103. I've sent two emails already, no response yet, and your live chat does not work.
I need the package to be delivered before Dic 19, as I'm traveling and I won't be in NY after that date. It took five days already in the packaging/processing state, and the DHL tracking number mailed to me does not work. I guess it's in that limbo state between leaving the HK warehouse and getting to the DHL office, but I *really* need for it to be in DHL's hands quickly or it won't make it, and I'll have to cancel the order and refund. I bought because the DHL shipping is promised in 3-5 days. Please can you confirm the status of the order, and/or tell your delivery partner in HK to speed things up? The warehouse and DHL offices are in the same city, it shouldn't take more than one day. Thanks.
