Customer Service: Order Shipping, After-Sale Problem, Post Here!
I placed a order (Sportcamera Accessories / GOPRO) and payed via payal on 10.Feb 2015 i make also the hook at DHL shipping (3-5 Days) but until now i did not receive anything . The ammount was 55,69 Euro. or 61,06 Usd.
When i placed my order i never get any mail or confirmation with Ordernumber or trackingnumber.
So please have a look at my order and tell me if its on the way or DHL lost it ?!?

I want to order right now the jiayu s3 but im afraid that the amount that i will spend will become doubled because of the transaction that has been cancelled that you said. I just call my credit card service center and confirmed just now that my payment was process and accepted by geekbuying. And it was subtracted to my avialbale credit limit so im now so sure that you got my payment. But you said my order was cancelled? what should i do now? Geekbuying not answering my emails - Replacement SJCAM SJ5000+ required
I received the above SJCAM 5000+ camera from Geekbuying.com on Wednesday 4th March 15. I paid for express delivery with DHL which was very good and I also purchased the additional insurance in case there were any problems.
On receiving the item all was good. The packaging/box was in excellent condition and the camera was also very good. This was despite minimal padding being wrapped around the camera box itself!
My problem is that the camera will not accept any of my good quality high street bought memory cards and just sayes card not installed. I also installed the Linkieyes software to my phone but the camera will not activate the wifi (only a red cross shows, it will not go green). Therefore I cannot get a wifi connection to my Iphone 4s. The camera also gets very hot. Therefore the camera is faulty and completely unusable.
I would like a replacement camera and have emailed Geekbuying.com 5 times to request this. However despite their website promising a response within 48 hours I still have not received a response. I am getting very frustrated as the camera cost over £110 UK pounds which is a lot for me. I just need to know that a replacement is being sent to me asap.
If Geekbuying would contact me I would be very grateful.
Hello Emma. I wrote this email to your after sales support. I need it resolved ASAP. Out of the last 8 boxes I've ordered, 3 are defective.
Today I received my order #3273415. 2 of the android boxes seem to be defective. 1 unit will turn on and nothing will show on screen. It’s only black. My TV says there’s a signal but nothing appears on screen. I’ve tried 4 different HDMI cables with the same problem and even 3 different power adapters. I’ve connected the box to a 1080p and 720p TV with the exact same black screen, the power LED is solid blue just like all the other boxes. 1 Unit powers on and boots into android but has a problem with apps randomly closing, and random reboots for no reason. The box is completely unstable. I’ve tried different power sources and even resetting the box to factory default. It keeps rebooting no matter what. The box won’t play any media for more than 5 minutes without freezing and then rebooting. This includes youtube, XBMC/Kodi, videos from a USB stick.
So I contacted support wondering how long it would take to process my order and someone by the name of Dora responded asking for my order number. I gave her my order number and have not heard from her since. It's been 3 days. Is there anyone that can help?
