So now I upgraded from Beelink GT1 Ultimate SCV2-ATV on my Beelink GT1 Ultimate with AX12.... serial number, this box uses the AP6255 and 3GB of RAM

    Important things to do

    1. Flash with USB_Burning_Tool_V2.2.0 and connect external power so the box have enough power, not only from the usb port.

    2. First flash stock firmware GT1_708N0_AP6255.img if you have SCV2-ATV or any other firmware with TWRP etc. I guess you will have trouble flashing if you skip this step.

    3. Flash SC-S912_Android_Pie_UserDebug_BCMBT_v1.0-20200720-DDR3&DDR4.img

    Working
    - Boots up, no problems
    - Wifi 2,4 GHz / 5 Ghz is working
    - Ethernet 1Gbs is working
    - Videoplayback 24p auto hz swithing with Kodi Leia 18.8 and other apps is working
    - Viaplay app and add-on with kodi is working, Kodi is using Widevine CDM for the videostreams from Viaplay
    - 4K playback in Kodi/Youtube is smooth. Not tested any other apps. 4K in Kodi was a MKV / H265 file playback no problems.
    - 1080p Playback is working smooth
    - Remotecontroll is working for the most part but not in recovery, use mouse and keyboard instead.

    Not working
    - Bluetooth not working, can't pair anything, Bluetooth turns on/off in a loop over and over.
    - Remotecontroll i recovery
    - no 3GB RAM only 2GB RAM this is a known issue
    - Power button shuts down the system instead of sleep
    - Chromecast Built-in not working

I have not tested the user version of the firmware SC-S912_Android_Pie_User_BCMBT_v1.0-20200720-DDR3&DDR4.img for some strange reasons I was not able to flash user version, Maybe I will try it again to check if can flash the user version after I was able to flash the debug version.

This firmware is stable and working for the most part, a fix for the Bluetooth and Chromecast if even possible would make this the best firmware I have tested with my Beelink GT1 Ultimate 32G/3Gb RAM.

I dont remember now, but I avoided this ROM, I went back to the ROM provided by highwaystar -- Its stable - front display LED and remote didnt work, rest all fine and its 64 BIT

I wont recommend slimbox either because bluetooth is broken in there. else the ROM is good for daily use Note it 32BIT rom.

          on not working,
i think GT1 ultimate uses QCA9377 if im not mistaken, anyway is weird since it works fine on my GT1 ultimate, maybe yours is a different revision!
Remote control on recovery, ye i know i forgot to fix it
Ye 3gb issue... no solution at this moment.
Powerbutton, just go to advanced settings(Display settings) it should have sleep in there, search around and you will find it.
Chromecast will never work, since it needs google certification

AAAhaaa now I have set the powerbutton to suspend, that was a easy fix tnx did not think about that.

Yeah seems like Beelink is all over the place with different revision of the hardware, and Beelink firmware is a disaster. But the new firmware you have compiled is the best so far :-) much appreciate.

Now at least Kodi 4K and Viaplay is working, I did expect the 2GB issue after reading from one of your other posts regarding that issue. it's not a big deal for videoplayback, youtube etc. The box is more responsive now than with the SCV2-ATV. Chromecast and Bluetooth would have been nice to have :-) and Google can take there Widevine Levels and certification etc and put it some F¤&%#!"¤%%¤#" place :-). I have also tried with a few apps from big local broadcaster companies here in Norway on a Xiaomi Mi Box and Chromecast Built-in and it does not work with these apps but my Chromecast dongle is working fine for these app. My take on it is that Chromecast is a pile of garbage crippled by google with certification and software fragmentation. And to top it of these companies dose not build a Android TV app. So some times you got to wonder what these big companies are thinking about. Is there mission to produce consumer unfriendly products.

For the bluetooth issue not sure what goes wrong, I am 99% certain my G1 is using the AP6255 chip I need to check to confirm this 100%. I used this GT1_708N0_AP6255.img stock firmware and Bluetooth and Wifi is working fine with that stock firmware. I replaced stock firmware with SCV1-ATV-GT1_Ultimate.img and then SCV2-ATV-GT1_Ultimate-OTA-AP6255.zip and on this firmware wifi and bluetooth was working fine. So I guess my box is AP6255 :-)

It looks like the bluetooth service is crashing for some reason. But wifi is working fine no problem there.

            I put this in /system/vendor/etc/bluetooth/bt_vendor.conf

            # UART device port where Bluetooth controller is attached
            UartPort = /dev/ttyS1

            # Firmware patch file location
            FwPatchFilePath = /vendor/etc/bluetooth/

            # Firmware patch file name
            FwPatchFileName = BCM4345C0.hcd

This did not do much for that problem and problem persist, service is restarted over and over.

            ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

            Update 28.01.2022

/vendor/lib/libbt-vendor.so needs to be replaced to get the bluetooth working again.

hmm strange that bt issue on the 6255, i will see if i can replicate it here once i can.
              Thks for reporting.

Tried on Mecool Kiii Pro s912

                  First
                  Wifi not work
                  Bluetooth not work
TWRP recovery not work for backup
Root not work (supersu and magisk)
Apps like prime video, hbo, netflix from store not work on any version (tried user & userdebug)
IR original remote not work well
                  No tunners
                  No oscam & tvheadend server
                  Only recognises 2gb Ram

                  Second
                  Kodi deinterlace 1080i works well
                  Eth 1000 works

if it could fix those issues, it would probably be the best firmware for us.

Dude, can you give your impressions about this rom on GT1? I'm thinking about to flash, but ultimately I had no time trying and test, so it will be handful to decide. Magisk is not possible at this time right?

I use it since only two days.
Wifi & BT work great but I don't use them, networks detection & bt scans are both ok. I use ethernet
I flashed the userdebug broadcom rom version
I don't need Magisk on my tvboxs so I didn't try it, sorry
Kodi, MyCanal, PrimeVideo etc are working great so far
EDIT : PrimeVideo doesn't work, when I try to launch a video I have the message Error occured

Hello gentlemen, my box is a Sunvell T95z plus 2/16 s912, it fit perfectly in the SLIMBOX-AOSP-TANIX-TX9S-ver8_1_3 ROM, but I updated it by mistake sbx_t96z_pie_v10.img, the correct one would be sbx_tx9s_pie_v10. resulting in brick.
I managed to recover it, but I can't get any more images from Android 9. After installing 100% with USB Burning Tool, TV connection, it doesn't recognize HDMI, I don't have an image. Android 7.1.2 and 6.0 works normally.
I installed 3 more s912 images here on the freaktab site, same problem. I believe it is the bootloader problem. If anyone has the solution, I would be very grateful.
                          Sorry english, google translator.

                              hi.
I had the same problem with a tanix tx9 pro or s I do not remember.
after my research at the time I found that my tanix had lost a color profile after put an ATV rom (8bit or 10 bit, there was only one left and not both) and that some televisions accepted the remaining color profile and no other.
To explain how I came to this understanding, I have 2 S912 gearbox, a T95z plus and a Tanix TX9 pro, and 2 televisions, a rather recent samsung and an older toshiba, on my T95Z no more worries j i have all the color profiles and it works on all my tvs, on the tanix i only had one profile and it only displayed on my samsung tv and never anything on my toshiba.

                              hope that's can help you.

Thanks for the clarification, the strange thing is that it only happens with Android 9 images, other images Nougat and Marshmallow the boot is normal. I managed to initialize by editing image.conf by deleting the bootloader.PARTITION line, still, the memory card slot needs to be with the card, otherwise the image will not appear. I will continue doing tests.
