impossible to to get recovery mode on arnova 9 g2

i tried a lot of possibility to get the recovery mode on my arnova 9 g2, i try to put ics finless to it.
button menu + reset, button menu + power + reset, nothing works. HELP !!! HELP !!! my windows 7 didn't recognize my tablet. i tried 2 sec, 3 sec , 5 seconds and after relax the reset button, but nothing works . thanks in advance.

Make sure you are not using a high speed USB port or a USB hub. Try another cable and another pc if possible

no , in fact, i believe its impossible to put my arnova 9 g2 in recovery mode, (black screen without arnova mark), every combinaison key not works. i try this to win xp in usb lowspeed, but no possible to put arnova 9 g2 in recovery mode

Make sure you are not using a high speed USB port or a USB hub. Try another cable and another pc if possible

It is only impossible if you have a hardware fault but more likely to be some combination that is wrong either with your set up or the way you are doing it

No, all the Arnova 9 ROM you'll find in this forum will requires you to use the RK flash tool (and have your tablet in download mode).

Try to explain in detail, step by-step, what you do and where you get stuck.
If it's too difficult to describe that in English, use French.

J'ai essayé tout : poussez sur menu+reset , relacher reset, menu+power+reset puis relacher reset, rien ne marche pour mettre la tablette en download, le logo arnova 9 g2 réapparait tout de suite. je suis perdu.

But you need an ICS "update.img" for that, which as far as I know has never been released by Bob (neither by Arnova).

ok i restart my explanation

1. I shut down my tablet
2. I push button "menu" and let down
3. I put a paperclip into "reset" and let down, my computer says "unrecognized usb device"
4. I relax reset with "menu" down again and unfortunately, the arnova logo appears, so my tablet isn't in download mode...i block at this point, i've tried a lot of combination of button, with many space between relax, but nothing works...
i try "kasty rom 1.11" and it's a file named "update.img", but it's nott ics...too bad
