Hi

Your rom is superb, but i have low wifi speed, arround 16 mbps, any idea's on this,

I have also tryed to flash different kernels to get the wifi working on another stick, but it stays on the kernel you have, any ideas on that as well.

I think i put the kernel inside boot for this rom.
It can only be replaced if you delete the zImage from boot and flash a kernel.img or replacing the zImage from boot.

Maybe you need to change your wifi channel. On a channel which is less crowded.
Look for the app ssinsider.

That doesn't help. Only when I switch in the android settings. Back to rockchip spdif and then spdif passthrough.

When I have time I will reflash the Rom.

Same with MX Player Archos and minix xbmc.

When I put the X7 to sleep. it looses the codec or something. I don't know. Al you hear is white noise.
I am backing up now with TB.

Please give root on next release....

I really hate to say it. But the problem is rom related.

Flashed the Rom twice but it still exists.
So I flashed nitro rom, and there its not present.

Please look in to it if you want/can because I really like your rom. As for now I am back on nitro because its a bit of a dealbreaker for me.

Strange I did no notice before. But then again it was always on. And now programmed in sleepmode with Logitech Harmony.

Thanks, small detail: when I select the passthrough option in the nitro Rom the box is immediately checked. With your Rom it takes a half second.

I have now two x7 from smart import solutions with your firmware is that the same that's described here? Its truly wonderful except I have the same issue with the pass through settings , in xbmc I get a sising sound then I have to switch in device manager between HDMI and spdif then sound is good but it keeps coming back

I have asked the test team to confirm this isue and make a list of steps to reproduce it.
Next week the new firmware ( 04 ) will be ready and we will make sure this get solved.
I am allready working on 04.

Video juddering when using audio passthrough

Hi guys, I'm also getting video juddering when using audio passthrough in both Beyond and Minix XBMC.
If 'Settings -> Video -> Playback -> Sync Playback to Display' is activated and 'A/V sync method' to 'Video clock (Drop/Dupe audio)' is selected, I notice much less video juddering.

My TV supports 24 Hz so I did also set 'Settings -> Video -> Playback -> Adjust display refresh rate to match video' to 'Always' hoping it helps to reduce micro-freezes. Also set Sync delay to 1 sec just to test.

Is it also possible to add hdmi screen option 1280x720 100hz? Now i use 1280x720 60hz hdmi output because I can choice between 50hz and 60hz only.

I have Panasonic plazma HD ready TV, screen resolution is 1024x720. I'm watch tv shows and films from about 3 meters. 1080p have to small ui, and lower performance in games too.

Why 100Hz? that is not even visible with the eye, 100Hz is only used for 3D when every eye sees another frame ( 50Hz on each eye )
24Hz should be enough for a smooth playback.
Anyway thats what people tell me

A small issue I've been having on this rom on the Minix x7

K I've been running this running rom since the other day and its great, sleek, fast.
But with that said I've had one issue with the minix for some reason it's coming out of sleep mode on it's own. It'll go into sleep mode all good, I'll checked on it n hr or so later n it'll still be in sleep, but if i check back like 5hrs later it'll already be out of sleep mode when i turn on the TV.
So this has been going since i installed it about week ago, I've been trying to trouble shoot it best i can. I uninstalled any of my apps that i thought might be bringing it out of sleep, no luck there. I also went ahead n re-flashed the rom to make sure it wasn't something on that end no dice there. Nothing has been installed or uninstalled from what hardwareguru's rom installs except i did install Beyond XBMC, also very little changes in the settings.
Any suggestions? n has any one else had this issue come up?
