Nice to here, But where did you find the kernel of that image ?
I can only find the complete rom image of the Allminipc firmware.

Ok thanx, I used the kernel of the 1.01 UM2 version from Wasser.
This is for me the perfect combination, all is working now.

Hi.

ik cant seems to connect my UM2 to my windows 7 pc.
how do you do it?
Connecting with only the micro USB to usb doenst work.
Connecting with both micro and normal USB to USB doesnt work
Connecting with micro USB to power and normal USB to USB doenst work.

i never once get the ba-boom (connected sound), when i connect my s5 to the same cable it immidiatly gets connected.

USB debugging is on, i dont know what to do anymore.
This device is useless to me when WiFi is working so bad (just 50KB/s while my S5 gets 80MB/s at the same distance), i wanted it to stream netflix and youtube.

Only use normal USB to USB.
Press & hold the reset button while plugging the USB in.
(Reset button is the little hole, so use a needle or something)

Use RKBatchTool for flashing firmware.

Wasser, could you share the kernel source code + defconfig used to compile the kernel? I need to change some headers in the kernel to enable support for a specific USB touchscreen...

Hi, ive tried everything to get firmware tools to build your kernel and rom combination for the um2. I think there is a problem with my windows xp.
Would you be so kind as to share it on mega for me so i can flash?

thanks but i dont know how to compile it on to the minix firmware. my flash tools doesnt work for that for some reason.

can you flash that kernel through cwm?

You should use RKDevelopTool_v1.37 (https://mega.co.nz/#!uFsQ2BSB!KddUDs...hzMcGMkvouuhy8) For this.
Only select kernel, browse to the kernel.img file, make sure the UM2 is connected (on the bottom you must read "Found RKAndroid rock usb") and select run.

what am i doing wrong?

I am using Spmc13.3.3, forme it is woking verry wel now.
I don't take a look what kind of version it is , i look how the movies stream and everything else is working.
