But why don't you use google with e.g. '........apk' (only apk name)?

The links are down because the guy working on them had discontinued the project. This is an older version of the netflix app, it does not support multiple users, the interface is not the best on a tv, but if you are okay with that, then here goes:

What gets me is i have an apple tv 2 and have had netflix on it in HD with DD5.1 for years. Gosh at least 4 years or more. Just makes no sense there is not one for android. I did read there was a super HD officail one for a couple samsung tablets but thats it.

Tested all 4 but the quality is even worse on my Minix X7 !
The reason that NetflixHD don't work is that the bootloader must be locked.

"It requires a locked bootloader to have a seperated and secure space in memory where it can store the Widewine keys."

I can confirm its better for me. Not as good as Apple TV or Fire TV, but better than stock, for sure.

I wonder how amazon got around that. Must have made a custom version for their boxes. Mine is very blocky and choppy for first couple minutes on tronsmart then does ok. No dd pass though in Netflix.

Have you changed your Netflix Playback Settings from Auto to HIGH?
This MUST be done... and is done on a PC on your Netflix account.

Audio popping

Is anyone else experiencing audio popping and stuttering during Netflix playback? I've installed finless 1.5 and changed my playback settings to high. Picture is great but sound is annoying. Playback is fine on nexus 7.

Mine is very blocky and choppy for first couple minutes on tronsmart then does ok.

Same here. VERY blocky for about a minute (about 45x90 pixels resolution!) then gets better, probably not quite 720p... never 1080.

My CS918 box does netflix sharp from the start, and that box is spoofed as a Galaxy S3.
But these boxes are NEVER as sharp as my ChromeCast, which is pin sharp (albeit with a bit of a red hue in the shadows).

I am having the same problem of horrible quality of Netflix on my new Vega S89-H. Same as others have said, it starts out very blotchy, then the quality gets better, but never good. I have a TV01 (aka CS968) running android 4.4.2, same as my vega, and the quality is great on that device. Right now I am running the stock 104k4 rooted with Finless's root zip, yesterday I was using Finless 1.6 rom, and had the same problem. As a matter of fact, all of my other android tv boxes play Netflix without any problems and they look great. How do we get Tronsmart to address this glaring problem?
