OK I finished comparing ROMs. This includes looking in boot.img

There are no driver changes between the 5/30 and beta 2 ROMs. So that's not it.

The only other code change related in /system/lib/libnetutils.so
The new script in /bin I stated above.

Of course framework, apps, etc have all changed but none of that should effect Ethernet through put. At least this is not my experience unless something is tying up system resources there. That would be difficult to find if so.

I am going to make a Finless patcher for Beta 2 like I did for Beta 1.
However this one will also increase the TCPIP buffer sizes.
You folks will have to test and let me know.

Thanks I could confirm the driver hasn't been changed, in fact this driver has been used for a long long time.
