If I pull power cable while CR11S already loaded android, then
the next time I plug it back power cable, CR11 will not start.
I have to push reset button with tiny pin.
Is this normal behavior?

No, that's not normal, try reinstalling the ROM and test it with the "Quick Boot" app several times ... Then pull the plug to see if it will boot back up the normal way ...

I have one of mine that when I want to start it I have to start it then unplug and plub the power cord back in quickly then it will start everytime. My other box works perfect. It happens with every rom I have used. Even when using quickboot. Minor inconvenience.
