mm, strange. According to asbove I have miss-calculated about 30 - 40 minutes.
I will do a proper test, later on this week.

      Thanks for the new release.
I have children and accustomed to the nexus 7 with the multi user mode that I find very useful.

So this new release was a very good news.

        Thank you

        Hi randy.
I've been using 1.5 rom for 10 day.
It works fperfectly. The only issue I encounterd was a crash of antutu the firt time i ran it.
        The rest is perfect.

A question : I got a wifi tab, and flashed the wifi only firmware, but i still get de 3G options... Is that normal ?
Doesn't it eat some battery while sleeping ?
        Thank you.

You may see the options for 3G services in settings, but I've changed settings in build.prop and added a patched libril file in the wifi version to turn some of those services off...in the background.

I haven't compared the difference, but you should see a savings of power in sleep mode.

The ethernet option should be disabled, too. This seems to save some battery live.

No more battery drain with this libril http://www.FreakTab.com/showthread.php?p=220097
I have changed previusly a line in build prop "ro.carrier=wifi-only" without any result in battery drain during deep sleep, bit now with libril no more drain.. Rileyrom 1.5

Edit. 6% drain over night, nothing change with libril, only placebo-effect

Hello! Randy, thank you for your work! I want to write about the problems with my Pipo P1. These problems occur on all firmware versions I've tried.
Run the test Antutu. After some time a tablet is switched off. If the tablet does not turn off, then an error message appears in the application Antutu. Or message "com.android.systemui".
The temperature of the back cover of the test of 47 degrees.
Message "com.android.systemui" may appear remarks when running different applications. Skype is a problem with the microphone. The recorder has a background noise. Can you fix these problems? Thank you!

for these issues a re-engineering of some internal components seems needed to me...
something could be fixed by a ROM development, but only by Pipo guys!

Sorry for the problem with the English. I do not fully understand the answer. You're talking about re-engineering of some internal components. You mean the software components or hardware? You want to say that this problem can be solved developers of Pipo? I also wonder whether there are similar problems with other users?

I think i've the same issue with my P1, try to set cpu max frequency with trickstermod at 1.4ghz and "lock frequency On" and retry antutu benchmark.
Maybe u can read my review about pipo p1 and these issue, translate it with google http://www.topdigamma.it/elettronica...se-custom-rom/

Hello! I set the maximum frequency 1.4ghz. No significant changes observed. In the test, a message appears again Antutu "com.android.systemui". Click OK. The test was continued and got 3407 points.
(If the maximum frequency 1.8ghz was the same result.)
After a time I rebooted tablet. Test run Antutu. Very soon the tablet is turned off. The same problem arose in the old version of Antutu even at maximum frequency 1.2ghz
To improve the sound decided to install ViPER4Android. The program asks to install the driver every time you start. No improvement is noticed. Perhaps the problem in the application settings or the driver is not installed. The problem with the microphone still relevant. Interlocutor hears me badly, there is noise and the sound disappears. Sometimes it seems to me that the problems with bugs in applications and problems with the microphone will not be corrected by (((

I intend tha pipo guys made some mistakes in hw compartment: the SoC is not well cooled, it probably needs a better cooling system, something in this case could be done by using "hotplug" governor instead of "interactive", this is not a final solution but probably could help.

For mic: it's not enough shielded and it's close to one of the speaker, you can try using an headset, this could improve your experience (this is a common problem with the father of the p1, pipo m6pro). Something could be done on Sw by Pipo guys too.

On pipo p1 there isn't any temperature sensor! This is why you see 0 C
