questions about cwm...

once I flash your rom... I set up the stick so its configured exactly how I like it. Using cwm you posted above...am I able to do a complete copy of the configured stick using micro sd card and easily put it on another? This would save me boat loads of time...

if so would you be so kindly to make a guide to follow? never used cwm before and I have no clue

Great work prahjister have testet the rom and the overclocked 1080p kernel 2 weeks no problems !
Fast and smooth

the german streaming app "watchever" runs only on rom 1.0 , 1,2 videos dont start.
i use the nexus 7 power supply 2,1 mA make sure the cable can handle the 2,1 mA

installation

Installing the rom
The rom must be installed from CWM Recovery.

1. Copy MK808B V5 CWM.zip & Prahjister Rom 1.2.zip to your SDCard.
2. Insert SDCard into MK808B and after Android boots up, you will get a popup that an update has been found. Install the update. The system will reboot to recovery to install CWM. Reboot the system.
3. Install a reboot app to your device. Choose reboot to recovery. You are now booted to CWM recovery.
Choose wipe Data, cache & dalvik-cache. Choose Install zip from SDCard -> Choose zip from external SDCard -> Specify the Prahjister Rom 1.2 file & click 'Yes'. Reboot the system.

No there are several roms here.

Download the 1.2 only. Install the rockchip drivers. Take a paperclip and put it in the hole opposite the light. Hold the button while plugging in to pc usb. Must connect to otg port on the mk808.

Start the flashing application choose the kernel you want by pressing the box to the right of the kernel. 720 or 1080.

If you see android found you are good to flash. Erase idb then press restore or flash or upgrade...i cant remember how the button is labeled. It will write to the memory then go through and validate a good flash. Sometimes it fail..Just start over and try again.

As soon as it is complete disconnect immediately. and connect to tv. It sets a lot of stuff up and first boot is painfully long. Just walk away for about 10 min..It will look wonky until you login to play and update all the apps.

I recommend using spmc for your video needs.

The correct CWM for this stick is in the rom....after your all done you do place the update.zip on your external sd card then reboot. It will then prompt you to update and accept.

There is also an app you can install on your phone or tablet to make it a remote control in the zip.

i think 720 is enough for my old tv but it supposed to accept 1080 so maybe it should be better.
Anyway i'll only watch SD video through wifi and youtube in 480p (slow internet connexion)

edit: i'll look totally dumb but windows 7 32bits don't find drivers... (on your rom & on finless rom too...) don't know what to do...
