I've been using the official XBMC v13.2 and it's really fast and responsive. Next to that, the lipsync issue in XBMC is gone (was visible in the 1.8 firmware).

I will make an donation, thanks for all the hard work and dedication!

en of via update app en ik kan het img bestand niet vinden voor 109k4 anders had ik het via burning tool geprobeerd

If you just want to watch your videos from your xbmc box you can use the upnp-server from xbmc. For full access to your hdd with smb shares you have to install an extra android app.

    - Turn off windows firewall
    - Ensure you are on the same network / subnet
    - Make a shared folder and open it to a specific user, specify that user on android
    - Play with sharing settings in win 7. I also know there are some media specific settings in win 7 too, but that should just be an extension of the sharing settings.

Some of those may not apply because I have not tried remote xbmc on an android yet. I know on my pc I simply path to my other pc. \\mginster\torrents...etc.

If you go too crazy you can always install Plex on your windows 7 machine and then its super easy to get your media from anything and anywhere.

    - Install Plex server on win 7 machine, set up libraries, set up quick Plex account, log in on server
    - Install Plex android app, log in with Plex account, done

i wil try it tommorow with boxee box its very easy 1 clic and i can see my usb hdd but with android box xbmc usb hdd i cannot see the hdd on my windows 7 pc everything is shared on my windows 7 pc there is alsow no option in xbmx setting to share hdd to workgroup from pc to pc its very easy but from android to pc makes no sense yess i can hook the usb hdd's to my pc and share them to android box but than i would have to leave my pc running and i dont want that i wil try with plex/ if i can acces my hdd on my pc than i can see how much hdd space is left add movies change namen etc etc just like boxee box form some wierd reason i cant find the it for android media player

Plex is better if you have a ton of devices you want to share with and across the web, its just easier. Also, I feel Plex scrapes content wayyyyy better than XBMC. For example in XBMC it detects about half my movies, Plex gets about 90%.

What does your TV or monitor say? If it's 1080p than that's it.

Ah yeah that's what I was meaning by stock tronsmart one, didnt know what it was called. It is set to 1080p and a resolution changing app states its currently 1080p......yet it looks slightly shitty....is that just Android?

The finless rom image on boot looks clean and crisp, better than any image in actual android...

Edit: well according to resolution changer I am at 1080p. Icons, wifi symbol, etc are all rather fuzzy..

Maybe a stupid question but how do I change the resolution to 1080p? In the stock tronsmart launcher there is an option, not in settings though where it is with 4.2.2.

Everything is looking to be at 720p no matter what I change.

as i said , i don't know what helped at the end but this is the way i pass through until it was fixed:

    1. burn 2.0. (endless animation )
    2. reburn from recovery (tooth pin reset without the aml file). (still endless animation )
    3. reburn again. (still endless animation)
    4. burn 1.9 from recovery. the boot finish well and the system goes up BUT new problem shown : its hard reset every boot (all new apps/settings deleted every reboot).

    5. from "Update app" (in 1.9) - flash 2.0 BUT check both wipe checkboxes (data+media).

    done. (at least for me).
