hi guys,

i remove the film yesterday by the front, i used an hair dryer to open the tab, if you do it slowly you don't have problem.

you heat with the hair dryer a few seconde and after you insert card or what you use slowly.
when you close the tab you heat again and push slowly on the side, this glue is a glue that react at the temperature, if you heat again and let cooling after closing the tab you don't have problem.

Now i have a really good tablet with a good screen, next is to backup my imei and install a custom rom.

Just take your time, don't be affraid, and do it slowly.

By the past i have changed a screen on a nexus 5 it is more complicated than on this tab. To do it i used an hair dryer, around 10 card like credit card and to open the first place at the bottom of the tab and around the tab i used a medicine package (the grey part) http://www.numeripharm.com/ori-dolip...s-secs-879.jpg

Hi is there a way to remove the film from the back without using a heat gun from the front?
I am an electronic tecnitian I have a heat gun like yours but I am aifraid to do it, after closing the tab you heat again? how is the glue sticks again?

Yeah you would need to heat it again to liquify the glue a bit and get both sides to stick. Alternatively you can go in through the back following the guide I linked in my last post. It's a bit down the page, after the Rom links.

yes i do like that, for begining i heat at the first point and on the boarder, i insert the medicine tab and up the tab slowly, each time i have to force a little i heat again. you do it slowly. never force it. take care of the connector at the bottom right when you slide.
when you insert card to block be carefull to force slowly, when you have put a card everywhere to open screen you must go slowly again ,heat, try and heat again, i have an hair dryer 2200 watts at full, i turn on put near the screen 2-3 maybe 5 secondes on the same place no more, i slide the medicine pack between touch screen and the tab (good tool because is soft no strong), when you open the tab be carefull about interior side on the touch screen, never touch it.
And to remove the fu**** film take a needle or sclapel, you can begin by the left up corner, be carefull and slowly, search to catch the film and after remove it, be carefull to hold the film and not the film and polarizing film (http://www.semageek.com/wp-content/u...t-prive-02.jpg), the bad film is sitcked on the polarizing film, to catch the film think this film is transparent(the one you want to remove), the touch screen must stay perpendicular compared the tab, the connector not enough long to permit other position.

you can use a suction cup to manipulate the touch screen when you replace it could be usefull, after replace touch screen, you heat, push softly everywhere and appreciate the result, it take 15 - 20 minutes to do it and i never do it before on a tablet jsut on phone to change screen or on laptop.

when you remove film it's like if you get a new tab with a HD and a real dark and white.

PS: if somebody know how i can backup my IMEI because modileuncletools doesn't work it said me that it can't find SD card.

I have try with MTKdroidtools but the IMEI button is grey and i can't backup my imei, i was root by MTKdroidtool rooting mode and i m also root on the tab. I work with windows 8.1 maybe is not good i can do it on windows 7.

In MTK Droids tools is the small square in the lower left green or it is yellow? is there a button in the lower right near the ADB terninal button that says root?
If yes you have to press it first ( root button ) and then the IMEI button will become active

the square is green with u65Gt (root shell) but button IMEI/NVRAM still grey...

Near the button ADB Terminal ( lower right ) is there a button Root? or you have only ADB Terminal and Reboot buttons?
If there is just press it and check IMEI button.

Had you checked on tablet usb debugging? it must be enabled. Or perhaps driver problem or windows 8 ( I use windows 7 )
So you pressed root button but IMEI button is still gray...
I don't know what else to think

If anyone else had a bettr idea...

I try with mobiluncle and i have an error about sd card : "can't find SDCARD" on the two SDcard...

ok i found the answer , it was the root i have done is not efficient, i use root genius to root again and now it work, i can saved my imei
