Pipo P4 RileyROM 1.9

Pipo has tried to keep up with the latest versions of Android...but generally they only support newer versions on new models. With the RK3188 models, KitKat was introduced in beta tests (which I was able to receive and make custom ROM's with), but users reported that Jellybean ROM's were ultimately much more stable.
The P4 is the only tablet supporting Android 4.4.4...the other RK3288's are all still 4.4.2.
The key to upgrading to the next level involves having kernels compiled from source code that will support the newer version of Android. As long as those tablets are still in production, that decision is completely up to them.
I, personally, don't have the ability to compile an Android 5.0 kernel from an Android 4.4.4 tablet.Randy

Still getting sleep of death
1.9 works great and the tablet really zooms... but I am still getting sleep of death. If I leave the tablet in sleep mode for an hour or more (either charging or not) - it's dead, can't wake it with the power button. I have to hold the power button down to get it to reboot. Then when it comes back from the reboot the display is dimmed to a low level. ...battery is still high
I've tried setting wifi off on sleep, no screen lock, minimal apps installed, no apps that need root, with or without smart cover... nothing has helped.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
I've been on the RileyRom for so I can't recall if I had this on stock or not... so I want to go back to stock and see if this problem still happens.
Randy, can you tell me where I can get the Pipo stock WIFI rom you used as a base for 1.9
Thx FredT
