Thank a lot. I'm will change (Overclock RAM and GPU) my boot.img. Hope it work now

It didn't occure to me that if kernel.img is inside boot partition then resource.img may have meet similar fate.

Open your boot.img file in Hex editor and search for "pd_ddr" ASCII string and you should know what do to next

As to using different resource.img and kernel.img it is rather not adviced. Success strongly depends what drivers are compiled in both kernels and in many cases it would not work.

One more question. What is aclk_vio1 ? Does it affect GPU ?

VIO is probably Video Input Output (Video Decoder/Encoder). It isn't part of the GPU.

My TV Box keep on reboot itself after I'm flashed the boot.img. I'm think 600 Mhz DDR RAM is too high for this device.

I'm need to use AndroidTool flash back the orignal boot.img. Btw, how to go to recovery mode so that AndroidTool can detect it ?

I'm found out how to recovery. Reflashing now

Changing DDR to 500MHZ, it work. Doing Stability test now.

Did you forgot to change DDR voltage? 1,25V should be sufficient but it can always be higher i.e. 1,3V. I tested my DDR3 with 1,35V and 700MHz.

I'm did change Voltage to 1.25v. Maybe bluetimes using a lower grade ram because it default clock is 400MHz.

If overclock VIO will it improve 4K Video playback ?

You are funny guys... why to use tools if I can use e.g. WinHEX

If you use e.g. Android Image Kitchen (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2073775) you will find out, that your boot.img not only contains the kernel (.\split_img\boot.img-zImage), no, also the resources (.\split_img\boot.img-second)...

@no_spam_for_me. It is much quicker to use Hex editor to OC than to split image and join it back after modification. Another plus is that editing this file can be performed completely "in house" (under Android). I use Hex editor and Hex Plus calculator from Google Play store. Then you can use dd comand to write modified image back.

@tabnk. OC VIO1 engine will probably speed up video decoding but I do not know what voltage it can use and it could be hardwired to 1,1V which will considerably limit max working stable frequency.
