hi lads wondering if ya can give a paddy a bit of help please : )
i got 1 of theses boards been trying different firmware all week to solve the hdmi flickering but still no joy i just flashed the above firmware all works but still flickering until i drop the display to 480p then its stable but this is no good for me big tv if ya know wot i mean
all ideas n suggestions will be grateful
lol if we get this sorted i give ya an irish blessing for good luck : )

Here you are. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8gzrns7fl3...0v2_6.zip?dl=0 this is rom dump of my box. Just flash it with the tool provided in zip. After flashing it will hang on 4 penguin boot logo. just reset your device holding reset button under the device + power button and plug your device and wait untill system boot screen shows. when your system boots normally go to system settings n reset device to factory settings and wipe internal sd card also. now everything must be perfect

No problem. Even I went with same problem like u. Thank god I had second same box. Did it solve hdmi flash problem ?

it fixed every thing works like a charm up and running in the lads bedroom now got to say this was a big headache but thanks to you all sorted

Alright mate. I have told everyone for a long time this is the stock firmware I was sent that was obtained from the manufacturer of these tv boxes http://www.mediafire.com/download/r4...140929.img.rar have a go with that.

That is not actually the correct firmware, this is http://www.mediafire.com/download/r4...140929.img.rar that is the firmware on its own. I have the whole firmware pack that was given me from the manufacturer of this specific device.

To root these you need to use Root Genius http://www.shuame.com/en/root/

To run Open VPN you need to install this:

Everytime you restart you will need to install it again so I have mine running on a start up manager:
