I think we don't need status bar at all
I have an idea for your laucher
can you kill status bar for default and add the icons which we use on the status bar to your launcher at the bottom side, so we will have the functionality and we will not need the statur bar

Didnt work..
Solved it by just installing it from the pc. =)
Now just waiting for the latest update with my icon to land.

Also sometimes when u change the background, as soon as u press hide bar it goes back to the green leaf one. (while typing this reply, the background suddenly turned black) 2am here so too tired to try to reproduce it but Im using a MK808 stick.

Yes, I know. As I stated above: "It works like the other hide bar applications, if you hide the bar, you kill the systemui process. Thats why wallpaper disappears and some other buttons don't work. What I do is simply hide the status bar, then show it again. It will not show unless you change input device. It's kind of a workaround."

So just hide the bar, then click it til your wallpaper comes back. Should come when you click it again, but you might have to click it a few more times..

Okay, so here is some of the new features

6 Big icons on the main page:


With the edit button (top right) you can change icon images and application, so you don't need to go to setting ever time. (You can also long click on the images to get the option):


Removed the application bar in the middle, and placed it alone. You can hide apps from here as well


You can either click on the apps button (bottom right) or home button (top left), to go between views, swipe or with arrow keys:
