I'm pretty sure that there is n add-on for Firefox for android which allows you to download YouTube videos up to 4K..

As far as additions for the new ROM I just wanted to mention the R89 shutdown that just reboots issue again. I know you're busy and it's not a big deal to me at all but if I could change 1 thing about the ROM it would be that. Maybe if you have access to the kernel code for the suspend LED and whatever else, maybe you can look into that. If not, I totally understand. For me it's not really a problem. Like the LED suspend thing, more of a quick, and I've come to expect quirks in custom android ROMs over the last few years

Cheers and thanks for all your hard work!

If I'm you, I would only do it for legal content...
You are at South Africa and not at China...
Only to avoid potential trouble with e.g. RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) or MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) or ...

Also I think the user should know what he does, so let him install add-ons for illegal content by himself...

              For anyone
              So far I'll include:
Youtube, Technology video addon Revision3 etc.
Cartoon addon - don't know of any free ones. There is one in Kodi repo for classic cartoons but think it crashes.
Movie Trailer addon, is there one in XBMC repo?
Podcast addon, not sure which one
Looking for a good skin, optimised for TV, any recommendations.
              Cartoon HD - xunitytalk repository

I use 1080xf mb3 with native Kodi library. Is excellent skin that includes trailers, lyrics - xbm3bc repository
Or 1080xf which is native to kodi but less features. Both are 1080p only

                      Hi mo,

have you maybe compiled some overclocked kernel since you annouced you'll make one?
I've made myself a cooling system for the box, so I would like to test how it copes with the overclock.
I think it will handle even the highest clocks the chip supports, so I'm eager to test some kernels.
Would it be much of your effort and spare time to make at least one, if not more with different clocks?

                      Thanks a bunch!

At wasser firmware you can find OC kernels clocked to 2.0ghz

Thanks for a reply. Wasser firmware is for UT3, right? I know they are both rk3288, but are they compatible? I downloaded two overclocked rk3288 kernels, but I would be safer knowing the original or mo's kernel was modified. I don't want to soft-brick my hph or get into boot-loop. On the other hand, I wouldn't like loosing all custom kernel tweaks or controller support, and things like that. But considering the lack of custom kernel support, I think I'll have to sacrifice some of those features for higher clocks. I'll wait a bit more for mo's answer, maybe he can do something about it.

It's going to be one of the most modded RK3288 ROM's out there.
                                Spoiler: Tri-Boot?

I can still make some small changes, so please tell.
Any specific app that is useful for Android TV Boxes?

Will upload the ROM in a day hopefully.
                                Congrats, looking forward to it

A nice light launcher, maybe nova instead of Solo launcher?
