I installed the rom without the scripts. Interestingly, my box didn't respond all that well to having its insides tickled. Antutu dropped from 58 plus on Finless 1.1 to around 53. Network performance (Ethernet) wasn't as fast, with upload speeds declining from 24 mbps to around 20 mbps. Downloads also fell (118 mbps vs 128 mbps).

Memory lag was noticeable with keyboard input and thumbnail delays in XBMC. In general, it took an hour or so for the box to settle down with the rom, and it never quite felt all there.

Evidently, it's my hardware: Trebor and others have found things snappy.

Of course, I will update you. Will ask my brother Dov, to make the change to the boot animation to include a small text saying based on Finless ROM or such also this week end.

We are looking, also to make USB DVB Tuner too work, to be able to have xbmc-tvheadend in a standalone "box", not having the frontend separated from the backend.
If anyone have any pointer to help "build/compile/find" dvb module/driver for A80 kernel, we would gladly take it.

And the best way to install this rom even without any restored data or added apk, is to have a usb key plug in at first boot with a USB key with in root folder at least a directory called "settings", even if empty, to have the finale tweak push to your box.
1) ENTER SETTINGS RIGHT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
2) MAKE SURE YOUR USB KEY IS PLUGGED IN
3) WAIT UNTIL INSTALL SCRIPT FINISHES AND REBOOTS YOUR BOX

Thank you , will do, but both do not seem to provide modules for a80 or have a80-compatible compile build environment ready.

Working on v 1.03 to remove need for USB, since apparently it causes some issues for some users.
Open for suggestions!

My 2nd draco (1st arrived doa) is running good on this rom! I had a FireTV that I bricked and the FireTV remote paired right up along with the gamepad. Volume up on kodi seems to be stuck in the up position it just spontaneously decided to go up in the middle of me testing addons. Probably nothing a reboot can't fix. Great work guys keep it up!
