tronsmart vega s89-h need help

tronsmart vega s89-h need help
hi all masters of the tronsmarts box . I had a vega s89h for months no problem but last few weeks I unplugged the power cord for few days for moving ,now I plugged the power cord back in , I had no power light at all , I tried the tooth pick , power button on the side , still no show . I wonder what might happened ?

Also, try other receptacles/outlets in your home?
Make sure the plug you are plugging the AC Adapter to, is not being controlled by a wall switch.

Did that with my older cell phone I used to have. Was at my Moms house and it was going dead, I THOUGHT she had the same phone I did and she offered to let me use her charger. It fit, phone went nuts, turns out same plug, different phoneIt was pretty much scrap at that point but we had the replacement policy and they gave me another one
Guy was trying to get any data off it for me and asked if I plugged it in to the wrong power supply or something too as it's memory was blank
Gotta be careful, very easy mistake to make with the devices that use the barrel connecters as it can be the right voltage and all that but wrong polarity too.
