No, because of the different partition layout. Wanted to try out bluetooth with a bluetooth speaker... result is bluetooth isn't activating.
Flashed the ROM again, and tried without update zips, not working. will try updating every package one after another in order and try bluetooth to find out if it is version related.
Edit1: first zip (May 28) bluetooth still not working
Edit2: second zip (June 5) bluetooth still not working
Edit3: third zip (June 8) bluetooth not working.
It looks like it tries to activate from the very beginning after the boot of the tablet, but never gets to activate ok.
I will try to flash stock rom, and flash this cyanogen back after it... but I guess it will have to wait after my holidays in 2 weeks when I get back home (damn last minute bluetooth try - flash)Last edited by xynite; 31 July 2015, 17:23.Comment

Made a new build to try to address the Bluetooth problems, although i have no problems with it. Also made a new version of TWRP, bumped to version 2.8.7.0, please update recovery before flashing.

This one is specific for the U8. I have a thread where a build TWRP for any Rockchip device, please use it. Also provide a link to your current rom, saves me the time to search for it.

I know what you are trying to do, so I suggest you to use TWRP I made for the Minix X7, it's on the CM11 thread for it. Just because it's landscape and this is portrait so UI will look a little ugly.

Did you try to update the device drivers ?
It now connects as a MTP device.
You enter bootloader either by button combination, adb reboot bootloader or choose reboot bootloader from reboot menu.

You have to use other tool. That one only flashes single update.img files.
Then follow the instructions.
