        Order number 3175357. This was purchased In July 2014, long story short after sending the first DOA box back I didn't get the new box until November 2014.

        My problem: I unplugged my box while it was still on. Now the blue light turns on but nothing is displayed. I have been trying to get support through email but the person I was speaking with just kept saying that the warranty is "worthless" to me because I'd have to pay Round-trip shipping.

        All I want is to know what went wrong and how I can fix it. If I can't I'd like to have it fixed with my Warranty. I tried installing 112k4 and 100k4 but the SD card method needed .bin file. So I had to use USB method. Again, this didn't work. I got stuck with the program opening it? I don't understand a lot of what's going on. The instructions don't say what I should see.

        Can I have some help?

        EDIT: Fixed it myself. Nvm. Lack of customer service from Geekbuying is no surprise.

          I ordered a camera - http://www.geekbuying.com/item/Xiaom...c--342272.html 8/17/2015.
          After few days without any confirmation I ask about shipping. I got answer, that They don't have it right now and I need to wait another week or so for new delivery.
          Now I want to cancel this order (#3426228), because I ordered camera in another store and it's already on the way.
          Have no answer from geekbuying support after many tries.

                  That`s because we have HK warehouse,product was plan to send to HK warehouse but at last send to CN warehouse because some reason.

                  So if change order to other warehouse need some time.

                  But if you still want to delay.
