          Wow i'm so glad i read this forum! Who not to buy from! My worries have been confirmed and expressed

          i just feel bad for all the other customers who got screwed over by this "company" I'll will not take that chance with my money. If i were in the same position as the users here

          i would scream and shout to anyone who will listen "do not buy from them" how not to interact with your customer base and screw them on returns.

            deja vu same thing was happened to me with the Pipo x7 from Geekbuying.
            So if you can short this out please inform me when will you have the GTQ available i dont mind wait a week for it so you can get stock, just my luck i guess deja vu all over again will wait for your reply as soon as possible.
            i am quoting my self cause i was whyning about the stock of GTQ but today i 've got tracking number all well will wait for it and buy more things from geekbuying.

              Hello, just wanted to know what I need to do for my dead Tronsmart Ara X5, ordered on 9/24/2015, received a week or so ago, order number 3456097. Ran great until today,

              Here is what I wrote on the Tronsmart Ara thread.
              I have been singing praises for this box. This morning I was using it with Kodi to watch TV, I had to leave so I stopped Kodi but left the box on, and turned off the TV. When I returned a couple of hours later and turned on the TV, this box was shut off. I have been fiddling with it for about a hour so far, and still can't get it to power on. I have tried all sorts of combinations to get it to power on, but no luck. When I unplug the power and re-plug it in, the light on the top will come on for about a second, which is normal for this box, but by depressing the button on the front of the box, it will do nothing. I tried several things, I removed the Ethernet cable, unplugged it, and plugged it back in, same thing, light comes on for a second or two then goes out. I have tried just giving it a momentary depress of the on button, and even held the button for 30 seconds or longer, still won't come on. I have tried removing the HDMI cable and the adapters for the remotes, still no luck. I now have it sitting on my desk plugged in, but it is dead.............

              Any suggestions???

              Edit: I checked the voltage for the power supply and it reads 5.26 volts DC., So, should be ok, but can not check the amperage.

                Just a quick comment, I posted on the Tronsmart forum this afternoon, and they responded quickly and now they will ship me a replacement and I will return my dead one. Great service..

                        So, here's an update. Geekbuying was nice enough to finally give me a refund. In the end, everything worked out. Now, the next time I buy from Geekbuying, I know what to do

                        This is my recommendation for US buyers. If you don't want a headache please make sure adhere to the following advice.

                        1. Have lots and lots of patience. They are just flat out slow, no amazon here.
                        2. When you first buy an item, please make sure to pay for the ability to ship it back to California US warehouse, even though no one is there. I think its someone's home
                        3. Ship your item back with insurance and signature tracking. Just so they can't lose your item
