    i've a problem with my order #3455541.

    I received the order, but the DHL asked me Taxes/Duties of $ 30 because your invoice is wrong.

    I have contacted the courier and the result is that in your invoice attached on the package, there was indicated a product value of $ 28 but you have missed to indicate the real shipment cost and, for this reason, the DHL has indicated a value of $ 46 for the shipment.

    The problem is that i spent $ 6,78 for the shipment and not $ 41.

    The result is that, istead of paying $ 10 of Taxes/Duties, i have paid $ 30.

    Please check and confirm how we can solve this issue.

      Hi, can you tell me the real status of Order Number: #3460403. order date 29/09/2015. Payment confirmed but order still in processing. Money has been taken from my account but to date no word from geekbuying about shipment of order. Have been onto geekbuying facebook, they give me the usual run around of holidays etc and have passed my queries to customer service. Getting a bit frustrating guys. 10 days later and still in processing . Last three orders I placed were shipped within 48-72 hours. You are really going the right way to drive me to other providers.

            Thanks Cammy. I received an email and i understand that the customers are responsible for the tax if any. But, in this particular case, the DHL asked me Taxes/Duties of $ 30 because your invoice is wrong. It's not my fault.

            Please clarify this point please. Thanks in advance.

                        I will help you to make it. And about DHL they request to real declear name for the product, and have they lowest declear about value can not lower than $27.1 as I know.

                                Yesterday i have purchased the GTQ Android 5.1 4K Media Player S812 Quad Core 2G/8G 2.4G/5.8G WIFI Gigabit LAN Bluetooth4.0 H,265 HDMI OTG - White
                                But today i got an email that it's very popular and you don't have it in stock which you didn't inform the customers in your page and i was asked if i want to change it with some other product no i don't want to change it with some other product if i wanted to get some other product i wouldn't choose the GTQ and the funny thing is that it's like
                                deja vu same thing was happened to me with the Pipo x7 from Geekbuying.
                                So if you can short this out please inform me when will you have the GTQ available i dont mind wait a week for it so you can get stock, just my luck i guess deja vu all over again will wait for your reply as soon as possible.
