              I'm so disappointed in Geekbuying I had to send back a X80 power which the screen went gray after only 30 minutes of use with 40% battery and never worked again .So at the cost of $38 australian I sent the tablet back. I got notice that the tablet had arrived on the 14th of August hi there,I have been waiting so bloody patiently for 14 days I have had enough of playing your games..

              If your company has so many returns that you can,t keep up then maybe stop being a company..
              If you think THAT I WOULD WASTE $38 AUSTRALIAN sending a tablet all the way back to china when their is nothing wrong with it you are sadly mistaken.
              I also have photos and videos before being repacked and sent back to you..
              I will take this matter to the highest level against your company,,,

              I am not giving your company free money..

                      Yes I have been refunded $150.96 to my paypal account. But i still lost $38 in return postage which your company said would pay half the cost . never happened..
                      It is a shame that we have to go this lenght to get a response for your company..
                      You have lost me as a customer forever..

                          So after shipping my package standard mail rather than DHL which I paid for I was informed per the message below that they tried to contact the parcel carrier but the package had already been processed.

                          So I diligently track the new tracking number which never appears in the parcel carriers system. Now I have been told that they can't get any response from the carrier regarding my package so have to wait 3 months from the time I ordered to get a refund.

                          So after ordering 1 month ago and expecting my package to be delivered in 5 working days via DHL I now have nothing and have to wait another 2 months for a refund.

                          No really good enough considering Geekbuying screwed up with the shipping initially and now can't seem to get an answer from their carrier.

                          Is this standard practice with others?
