Here is it the NEOCM Rom now called NEOCR for 10G3.

To Install get the Rom from here:

You must also Download the Fix for the Parameter File & Loader and the Rotation Issue.
Thx to Tattman65, rrileypm, kididaho for Testing and finding the right Patch for Rotation.

Place it in rockdev.

Extract it and take the NAND Fix to SD-Card

Now Flash the Rom.

1. Open RkUtil with Admin right´s
2. Click on Loader and Erase IDB
3. Unclick Loader
4. Click Run
5. After Flashing you are in Recovery Execute the fix.
6. Reboot
7. Wait about 4 min.
8. Reboot
9. Disable Hardware Overlay
10.: Set GPU to yes
11.: Have Fun !

Erase IDB stops at 1998 every time...done it 5 times now. Is that OK?

Offsets fail on all the img files.

All of the offset fields are empty on my loader tool.

OK, I went to a different PC...my 32 bit Win7 notebook...and successfully completed erasing IDB, but the offsets fail still on all of the img files.

I tried setting the paths manually, but still had the same errors on all of the img files. That's why I switched to a different pc to see if the paths were the problem.

and if you use the snakegenmod flash tool with his files?

use the flash tool otherwise with the parameter file from the previous test version.
but with the new img's.
