I don't think that there is a JB rom for this one. But what's the advantage of JB?
The original mk808b is not produced anymore. You can get the v5 from geekbuying, but there is really no point in buying a mk808b anymore. The mk808b plus is cheaper and more powerfull, you should get one of those.

I have erase nand in trying to set linux. Nothing worked after that, only few old firmwares but without wifi.
Great thank to srysry, with his linked firmware my mk808b is back.
It is a good box, better that previous instable mk802.
As use this old one as web, mail server and print servers, some times with Atrix laptop.
Now, I will continue to try setting linux on my mk808b.
It seems as hard as finding the stock firmware.
I look for tracks to use Linux on it...
See photos of my Mk808b and thank you again srysry for this link.

I believe i have managed to dump all necessary files here, please let me know if its not correct. I would also like to have 1080, overclocking, max performance etc like Finless rom's

UPDATE! I belive i did my homework
After countless hours of testing, i have med some great progress. My conclusion after indetifying the Wifi/BT chips was that its likely a UG007/-2 clone of some sort. Therefore i searched for all UG007 ROM's i could find and tried them all. Tested about 8-9 roms with various results and finally i belive i found the perfect one.

Kitkat 4.4.2 from here and filename rk30_dongle_mtk_4.4_140617.img
Flashedwith RKBatchTool and booted successfully with Wifi & BT! Even flashed a OC kernel with 1608-400-533 clocks using RKAndroidTool. So faar so good
Any idea of a wifi-tweak for me? Im pretty happy with the performance except on wifi.

If you need wifi....i found out recently that the wifi performance is bad for 901 wifi.

Here is a link based off of latest stock for the non b with all the patches applied.

If you have the ability to use a usb ethernet adapter i would suggest using prah v5 1.1. It is smokn fast.

Whoa...another rk chip. if you can find someone that has it they can pull the firmware from it. It is probably your only hope.

Now, to complain with my issue ...
Since I took another mk808b release rom as good as the original I did not dump the one that came with the stick (I know ... stupid me) and I started to flash it (was a JB from another mk808b with the same rtl chipset). The flashing went fine but I could not make the stick to boot after flashing. It kept starting in flash mode. After I found the KitKat rom and flashed (3 times) I made it to boot once and saw the stick working, but after a reboot the stick lights up the blue LED and that is it. I can still make the stick work once every 20-25 tries by unplugging the power.
Does anybody have any idea about what might be wrong? I saw that constant booting in recovery mode means a screwed up recovery.img but this does not seem to be the same issue. Defective board maybe?

Can I root this device with the custom rooting tool for any 808b even though it comes with KitKat?
I am also considering putting linux on it, so guys keep up searching, together we might find appropiate linux builds quicker.
I am now downloading the rom from baidu that srysry recommended ( sucks, slow like hell ) but firstly I'd rather simply root the device with the original rom to see how it performs.
Is the cooked rom performing much better?
Finally, how can I root and/or flash a new rom and CWM on a Linux pc? Or strangly we must run windows in a VM to play with Linux-based Android????

    Thanks
The rom available now is already rooted (search for T005_T011_root_8723_20141029_V4.4.rar and you will find mirrors that are faster). I did play with an Windows XP in VirtualBox and it worked (partially), but using rkflashkit in Linux should work too (did not try that since all flashing apps seem to be for Windows). Before you flash a new rom, please make a backup of the current one (using ROM dumper tool from Bob - instructions included in the zip file). It seems that the T011 one is a few days older than the one that comes with the stick (at least it was for me).
