What error are you getting?

Finless is correct, Sound commands dont work in init.d but they work through Script Manger quite smoothly.

Overall this kernel with Fineless ROM is AMAZING ( the only word suited for this combination) . I am using 720P with ROM 1.7b . Finless, I can confirm all wifi issues have gone also with this ROM..

I would not advise it because these sticks do not have heat sensors and cannnot downthrottle if it is too hot. As an example...try running taiji benchmark twice....the stick will freeze on the second run or third run due to heat. the gpu limit has been increased from 266mhz to 400mhz. Did you need more? The problem with the MALI-400 GPU based on my understanding is that the frequency steps supported is only 800 divided by an integer. So 800/2 = 400mhz, whereas 800/3 = 266 mhz. So the next step from 400mhz would be 800/1 = 800mhz. I'm fairly certain this will fry the MALI400 gpu without some sort of fan.

I don't try dark4u kernel cause he don't provide his modified kernel sources, like rockchip, it broke GPL and not help the comunity to advance, so I don't want to use them.
Actually I have a mk808B and I can use stock kernel cause is the only one that makes my wifi chipset work, but i love to test everything so i Test kizs and omegamoon kernels, of course wifi don't work for me, but both are a lot of better than the stock one.

About the 50 or 60 hz, I have 2 Tvs and a PC screen, I tested all my screen devices in both modes and i cant see differences. But my eyes are not so good I use big glasses

First, there is no way to know what speed the GPU is running at. Trust me, I've tried searching for this. You could try getting Tegrak overclock to see if the GPU portion can detect the MALI (Mali is used in various Samsung devices). I cannot guarantee it'll work though.

If you downloaded the kernels directly from Omegamoon's site, then yes, it will be sluggish because Omegamoon made a slight error when compiling kernels. Regardless of resolution to your TV (e.g., 720p or 1080p), the device's internal resolution is still 1080p. Omegamoon is aware of this already as I've been contacting him privately back and forth in troubleshooting this issue.

Download the kernels from the front page here and flash it through clockwork recovery. If you don't have clockwork recovery, then download the kernel anyway, and extract the kernel.img file in there and flash that. I must warn you, however, that this is not my ideal method of flashing kernels because changing from 2dark4u's kernel to Omegamoon's kernel has resulted in a black boot for me. Get the 720p kernel in this thread and install it. The performance is ridiculously good.

And you're right, if you're in Belgium, you're likely using 50hz refresh and not 60hz. When I have the time, I'll try to compile 3 more kernels for the three resolutions but in 50hz. I forgot that 50hz still existed. Lol.

The issue that I have is that I mainly use this stick to stream from my sattelite receiver. The only one that is capable is that kernel from Alex. Sometimes it drops a frame but if I use every other kernel it is just unwatchable.
I just tried with a KMV file that I made and it is exactly the same. In Archos Alex's kernel sometimes drops a frame but it is watchable and the Omegamoon is like a fast side show.
Now I know Omegamoon does a fantastic job but we need to know what is different from the one from Alex. The new stagelib also breaks more than it fixes on my end.
Next time I will try to record it and put it on youtube.

Not sure what you mean by that. It's always been 50Hz and yes we have moved on from 110V in the 60's, last century that is, to 220V and now we use 230V.
Don't tell me you still use 110V and have powerplants that were never updated since the 40' or 50's?
Do you still have power lines above the ground?

Extract the kernel.img files from the zips posted in this thread and try the satellite streaming watching again.

Am I the only one that cannot make this kernel work ? I always get boot loop, no matter how I install it, the result is always bootloop any ideas as to why ?

edit: about 10 bootlops later, it booted correctly... 1080p no sound, I am going to try the script

What rom and what device are you using ? Installing via CWM?
