Netflix bug?

All work great except for Netflix. The image is scrambled , the sound is ok. All others players is ok.

Just ordered my MK808B from geekbuying
and eagerly waiting to receive it
and i have a couple of questions:
- what keyboards are supported ( i have several lying around logitech/medion/...)
- what about printers? (crazy question i know, but since i stopped gaming, i'm looking to replace my pc)
- are there any other roms out there (cyanogen/miui/...)
- on my tablet and phone i use Pimp my Rom

keyboard layout notification issues

Have just loaded and run 'Finless ROM 2.0', seems to work really well, thanks. But I was hoping that running a new rom might fix a recurring problem I'm having with the 'select keyboard layout' notification. If I'm watching a youtube video for instance, the notification seems to cause the webpage to reload and start the video from the beginning again, every 2 or 3 minutes. Every time the notification comes up it freezes the cursor, or makes it disappear, regardless what app is running. Have disabled notifcation in the app settings, disabled the app. Altering every setting doesn't seem to help a bit. Have done a backup and reset, reloaded the finless 1.7, now running Finless ROM 2.0, but still doing it. Any idea what the trouble might be?

Your problem sounds like a wifi/USB bandwidth conflict. Are you using a wireless USB keyboard or air mouse with a dongle, operating on the same 2.4 GHz frequency as your wifi? If so, try plugging the dongle into an extension cable or a different port.

??? It looks like a replacement for our MK808xxxes. Isn't Wimo a remote app? How would this device do any better?

Might not be a real fix, but I go into 'Manage apps' and disable the Android keyboard completely. I only use the real usb keyboard. If Google Now cause the 'voice typing' to pop up I disable it too since I have no need for Google Now with this connected to the TV.

Hi, updated from 1.7C to 2.0 Beta. Works perfect upto now.

Is F11 to unhide the status bar gone?
Also Ctrl Alt F11 isn't bringing back the taskbar.

Confirmed!
Netflix does not work on JB 4.2.2. The reason is the EGL changes they made near I can tell. You get the same scrambled screen if you flash a 3.0.8+ kernel with a JB 4.2.2 OS.

I think we will have to wait for a Netflix update.

Interesting. I found an article on the web that said on Feb 5th Netflix released a new version to support JellyBean. Hmmmm... Seems that Rikomagic messed something up in the ROM.

Makes me wonder if a build.prop mode will spoof JB4.1.1 and we get a different Netflix that might work.

I will play with this.

Excellent Rom. I use BSPlayer to stream vids from LAN and significant improvement (from 1.7) on MP4 and MKV file playback. Works flawlessly so far.

I noticed that I cannot get a few items from Google Play anymore, for instance SoundCloud and Speedtest.net say that device not supported. I use these on my Nexus 4 which is also a JB 4.2.2. Can you help with this?
