External HDD, is it possible?

I have 3 usb hub, all 4 ports, and only one of them branded like conceptronic, the other 2 not branded. Latter I will post the exact name, but it is old and dont know if you can find it.REMEMBER, YOUR FEEDBACK IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.My devices:
