The heatsink itself is not there problem.
Place the board in a case and you'll see that he is still useable hot.
The problem is that can not be discharged the heat to the outside.
I post my, hope finally successful, action next week.
I have to wait for my ordered parts.

do not trust the tracking service.

The rk3066 device temperature is max 85C.
RK3066 datasheet. http://www.giayee.com/uploadfile/201...6054130906.pdf
42. page Operating temperature min. -40C max. 85C
If the RK3188 device temperature is 52C then no problem.
But need a heatskin.

Thanks for the information.
Read my first contribution, at a outsidetemperature of 53.8 crashes the stick.
I could not measure how high the temperature was internally.

news from the front
on the bottom of the sticks fits really a cool body.
It can be up to 1mm thick
I'm not finished yet but I have to test.
The heat sink has to Antuto 39.8°C
From Monday you continue.
processorside and case with cutout (not perfect but ....)
CPU and memory Heat Sink
side
in housing

Very clever and looking good. Thank you for sharing !
Just a heads-up to everyone.
Be careful and do not click on any of many popup ads where these images
are hosted. Some come up as fake (legit looking) FLASH UPDATE pages and will install
a bunch of junk instantly on your PC if you click on them.
(Happened to my friend who is not that computer savvy and who told me about this thread)

If you have a problem, do part of a ventilation system.

I still do not need a fan, I have several times AnTuTu and the
stability test run, everything without problems or crash.
To the underside still needs a heatsink glued and i think then it's perfect.
