    Copper plate

We have the solution to cool! We all know that the need for aluminum ribs for heat removal, but the clean copper surface need not only the bigger!
In such a large heatsink only elrondítják the device, the copper plate is so pretty!

      Another cooling solution

      Hi

I just received my T428 from Geekbuying and I added 2 adhesive heatsinks I had laying around, one on top of the aluminium plate on the Soc and memory and the other one on top of the shielding on the other side.
The cutting/melting is not even close as perfect but it served it's purpose.

      Enjoy the photos.

the plastic case has small holes, would a small cpu fan attached to the case be sufficient?

I don't think it will create enough airflow to cool it down because you only can have an intake or exhaust way depending in which way the cooler is mounted (there is no gap between the 2 plastic layers of the case and the PCB). And from what I have seen both sides are getting hot so maybe the best approach is to mount the heatsinks on both sides of the T428 and to have a cooler which will send the cold air from side on both of them.

Don't say this,i still do not use a fan.
A fan helps, of course, when it will be necessary.

            p.s. nice Pictures
