For those who use Kodi, you won't like this rom, no dts passthrough with 14.1 or 14.2, with 15.1 or 15.2, you'll get dts passthrough but the sound is cut after every X seconds, video is smooth with stereo sound. With 14.0 alpha 3, you'll get dts passthrough but the video is not fluid !
I get the same result with every available boot image.

This one (090915) is the best that I've tried. I am getting no video stutter at all. I used to have to adjust audio sync ahead with every other ROM. This is the first one that is in sync and has smooth playback. Thank You. This box is finally at a point where the wife and kid might stop complaining about it.

Tried it yesterday, the ROM is really smooth, no glitch at all, KODI works perfectly. So far the best ROM I have tested.
Congrats and thank you dsa13dsa!

The only problem I had found it´s that the remote control using this 090915 rom is not able to turn on the Draco; only way to turn on the device is unplug the PSU connector and plugging again.
If this can be resolved I think 090915 it´s the ultimate solution to let this device to work with decent performance into its own limitation and the A80 SoC limitation, that had been worse through the time for the lack of support, seriousness and respect to their customers from Tronsmart and Allwinner.

HI, AND THANKS for getting everyone this ROM!
A note on procedure, the last time I flashed a new ROM on my Telos Draco, it was DOVLESS and I used the SD Card (boot) method.
So you are saying to boot normally to the desktop of the Draco, and then use RomToolBox as per above instructions and then just reboot the box?
Really cool, I'm excited about this!

Sorry, this procedure did NOT work on my Draco Telos, returned an error message "Out of Space" to write the new ROM *(Using your RomToolBox Method).
Any alternatives or what did I do wrong?
Thanks!

It works GREAT! Thank you so much (SD Card boot method, fingers crossed it will reboot fine without the SD Card after initial writing of ROM).
How do we change the language from Russian to English?
Thanks again!
UPDATE: I pulled the SD card and when I reboot the Draco Telos it goes back to the original DOVLESS ROM. Is there any way to permanently write your ROM to the Draco
so it boots normally without need for the SD card?
Thanks!

140hours to make it permanent you need to flash the device, so into phoenixsdcard select "product" instead of startup.
To change the language as we do not know Russian, you have to memorize the position of the option into "settings", easy it's just locate the icon with the letter "A", click on it, and in the first position from top you will have the list of language, you choose your preferred.
