I've updated V-Fly to version 2. (TWRP Backup)

-4gb app space
-latest RK3288 kernel (more stable, quicker)
-dual band wifi (and wifi ac)
-1080p YouTube-ready
-Play Store
-Shutdown/Reboot/Reboot to recovery via installed app
- cleaner root

Faster than version 1 but still runs relatively cool.

Unzip the download, rename the numbered backup folder inside with a number generated by your own device (from any backup you've made) and then restore via TWRP.

Hi, in this ROM i get only 1Gb of app space

Sorry - I guess you need to flash the parameter file and loader.bin again. Try flashing just these two files to the rom on your device.

Have you please RKAndroidTool config file for flash in the correct addresses?

I use this tool. CLEAR and Uncheck all the entries. Check Loader and Parameter only, then navigate to those two files and add them.

I've try to unpack stock rom and repack with Your flies. Full work with 4Gb of app storage.

I have just finished working on a new V5 rom - with the latest kernel from Cloudnetgo and the latest system.img from Rikomagic (20 November). It has Playstore, 4gb space and runs smooth and quite cool but is not rooted. However, it is easy to root it with a supersu zip and TWRP.

If you're interested I'll upload it. It is NOT a TWRP folder but a regular RK3288 folder which you can flash with that tool I uploaded earlier or Android Tool.

"V-Cloud" rom in standard RK3288 flashable folder. AOSP Kernel courtesy of Cloudnetgo; system files from latest Rikomagic beta (20 October); some system tweaks; full GApps; 4gb app space parameter file; dual band wifi; 1080p Youtube after you install the latest Youtube app from the Playstore. Bluetooth works. Power management works.

NOT rooted but easy to root with TWRP/SuperSU.zip

I've a RKM V5.
Unpacked stock rom with imgRePackerRK_105 (ROM MK902II 5.1 RKM 20151016).
Overwrite rk3288box-3.10-uboot.parameter in dump directory of extracted ROM.
Place file RK3288Loader_uboot_V2.17.02 in same directory.
In "package-file" modified line of bootloader in "bootloader RK3288Loader_uboot_V2.17.02.bin".
Repacked.

So i get stock rom with 4Gb of apps space.

1. Unzip the file you download from me and place the TWRP folder on your external SD card. Put the recovery.img somewhere you can navigate to easily.
2. Start Android Tool. Connect the device to your pc in flash mode
3. Uncheck every partition in Android tool except 'recovery'. Navigate to where you put recovery.img and flash just that file. TWRP is installed.

To use my backup, recall that TWRP on your device wants a backup number FROM YOUR OWN DEVICE. So make any old backup of your current installation. Write down the number TWRP gives it. Then rename the folder with a longish number inside the BACKUP folder you downloaded from me with that same number. Finally, use the "RESTORE" function to flash that backup, and you're done.

I cannot use Remote and mouse to click the button. How can you do it ?

In TWRP, I use a simple usb remote/airmouse. Is that what you have? If so, make sure it's plugged in before you power up. Or try a usb keyboard with a trackpad like Logitech k400.

My other rom (see post #69) doesn't require TWRP. You flash it with Android Tool. Try that if you can't get TWRP working - though I don't understand why you're not able to use a regular usb airmouse.

TWRP work. In the setting, I enable "Connect to PC" and use "adb reoot recovery" to TWRP. But I cannot click the button using remote or mouse. You how to boot into TWRP?

Edit - I use other USB port is OK. I do know why.
