hello guys , first of all thank you for your patience .
I of good and bad news
I did give the seller aliezpress the link to the original firmware : cyxtech_rk31_809iii_8723bs_150106_4.4_8g1g_hcy

then arrives at the 99 % error
    using RKBatchTool - v1.8
    in the sense that .
    after downloading firmware Stert
    does the check firmware
    right?
    get 2% error then WTF
    download firmware failed
but what have I done wrong
    How is it possible .
    may depend on what

    the only tool and firmware running at 100 % are RKAndroidTool and CYX_809III V5_2 20141105 RTL8723BS RK3188 1080P

I have yet to solve the heating chip .
I have to get a heatsink

Now I ask you with RKAndroidTool
I can install the original firmware

if so, what do I need?
    custom firmware CYX_809III V5_2 20141105 RTL8723BS RK3188 1080P consists of 7 file right ?
if I replace the file system.img are the original firmware from the seller
taking the other six files :
    boot , kernel , recovert , misc ......
    can it work?

No, you should have a single image from the seller, in all about 450-550mb. That is flashed with Rockchip Batch Tool 1.8, that's what you have. Hold the reset button, plug in the usb and when you get a green square, press upgrade. Just like you did before.

It is very good to see a smiling face, even if only an emoticon. Glad you got it going, you must be feeling pretty good about it.
          Have fun. Best wishes.
