Best i have seen yet. HOWEVER, my tv is pretty old now and has major scaling issues. If Bob could add the ability to resize the screen as in his other roms i think we have a winner. looking forward to an update on this (or any other finless roms )

    thanks as always!
Agreed, this is the best rom I have tried so far by a mile for me . Strauzo's Kernal and 1.5a is good but netflix is messed up for me no matter what fix I apply, it stutters and then no sound, or no picture or just won't load.
With this rom it works great. The only problem I have is the resolution I tried altering the mode script manualy but it wont stick just keeps changing back.

I will try it with Strauzo's Kernal tonight see if this fixes the issue.

I really hope this rom gets some more develpment its got heaps of potential.

    Cheers

      Promising,... i like

Tested the rom today with the standard kernel... man this rom is fast

      Findings :

      - 720p 60Hz only, no 1080p
      - video jitters in panning scenes (standard player, mx player and BSplayer)
      - wifi (modified hardware) +/- 20Mbps (same as my phone and tablet) me happy

I'll be testing with the strauzo kernel tonight or tomorrow.
Fastest rom i've tested so far...

      Thx a lot

This Rom with Strauzo kernel has working Netflix with no frame skipping whatsoever. Nice Job.

Xbmc frodo should work with the Nexus rom. Not tested personally. But some users report this to me.

              Try the Gotham monthly build.
I'm using a Tronsmart T428 with last strauzo's nexus rom and 720p kernel with this: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/snapshots/an...rmeabi-v7a.apk

It loads fine and I'm able to watch 720p movies from samba shares on ethernet just fine. 1080p has some frame problems, due to xbmc issues with rk3188 hw decoding.

              Cheers

Any chance of more information here?

Was this approach a dead end, then?

The rom showed great promise but was/is seriously in need of further development to be truly usable.
