This zip worked on the i7. I did not change anything with the zip, just selected it from the Update and Backup app.

WiFi, Eth look good.
Internal BT no go, external BT paired fine with my phone.
Audio good, DTS and HD audio work well.

Since I assume this zip was for the S95 Pro, the i7 IR remote does not work, but the S95 remote does work.
You have covered how to fix this, so repeat not required.

Nice work, specially considering you have no i7 or S95 Pro.

Success. Working very well here, including the i7's remote, WiFi and Eth.
I get Pulse eight CEC error, but I am not connected to a CEC capable display, so that is probably the reason for that.

This is going to make many i7 owners very happy.

My apologies, I forgot to include my results for BT. No go on internal BT. Was able to connect using an external adapter.

I would like to test these files on my i7 but the wifi here in the lodge will not let me download from the links provided.
So could some kind person upload to dropbox or alike.
Bought the i7 and my computer gear with me to Adelaide while my mate has cancer treatment.

Hello Kevin1341, I hope your mate's treatment goes well. Many have been touched, directly or indirectly by that nasty disease. Good luck to your mate with the treatment and its side effects. It will be much easier on them having you there.
