No it will not work, a new kernel has to be compiled to support these sticks. I will be doing that in the next few days

I tested these kernels above.
They works good.

But I use MX player, and note that slight interlace appear in Full HD video in hardware+ decoder, with hardware decoder all is fine. And I not see stutering both case, so it reallyn improves.

Turn off

With latest undercloked kernel with frame skip fix my MK809III device not turn off by pressing "turn off" from menu.
It just reboot.

This is kernel issue, because original kernel and older undervolted not reboot, but proper turn off the device.

Could you please build some underclocked kernels with support for the ap6210 wifi chip as well? I have a very unstable mk809iii (continuous reboots and crashes), and was hoping an underclocked kernel could make it run more stable

These kernels are still working very good.

My stick was running too hot and was rebooting under heavy load, but with one of these it's running stable.

So, still a good alternative to try out before butchering your device, adding heatsinks and fans. Especially if you're looking for stability rather than max performance.

The only question is, should I look around for any newer kernel with the same clock values or aren't there enough updates in the newer kernels to warrant an upgrade?
