Do you have USB - USB cable ?
If yes, your windows PC recognize the box with rockchip tool ?

After reading a lot around here I think I still need help from someone. In that hope here goes....

I have a V88 Mini, with RK3229 & SV6051p wifi and after a few attempts to get some fw working on it the box stop being detected by the pc.

It was being normally detected by the pc and as I was not happy with the box working (2nd fw install) I went for another install. On the last install, all was going great until I got message "download firmware fail". After this the box stopped being detected.

So I think I need to short pins?! But which ones?

Thank you to anyone that might help me.

                      Hi ,

so this Rom did not fit 100% i think it is for Realtek 87... Boards , there are right Roms ... ,

check your PCB NR. MN4MN-V13 in big G , first Link shows a 4PDA link to a Rom for

your Box & search here same Way . Would Link it but my 3G Data is slowed down .

... but first they must be found / greetings / gefattern

And when I was ready to say it was time to move on and live without wifi, your words gefattern gave me another boost and following the link to 4PDA, I found this room rk3229_6.0_box_MX4N_SSV6051p_SpecTek_flash-update_20170616.img and decided to try one last time.
                        And finally wifi works.

                        Hi guys,

                        I think i´ve completely bricked mine RK3229.
Flashed a wrong firmware, so I had to restore it with the maskrom mode.
It worked again, gave it a second try with another firmware, which also did not work.
So I thought it wont be a problem because of the maskrom mode, but the androidtool does not recognize my device anymore..

                        I installed the drivers.

                        Any ideas?

                        Thanks
                        Bye

                          Yes,

You have to locate the Nand Chip and Short Pin 5&6 while the Device is connected.
Then it should Jump to Maskrom Mode.

Yeah it should, but my PC and my notebook does not recognize the device.
The LED flashes but no signal on my devices.

The cable is working because my shield works with the cable.
