Hi there did you let the stick boot up & settle down (wait 5 min) after you flashed befor you disconnected it from your pc.Originally posted by ermo1 View Post

If wifi & Bluetooth still wont turn on then you have the wrong kernel for your wifi chip.you could either try flashing another rom or just flash another kernel till you find one that works for you & your doing nothing wrong theres so many variations of the tv stick its just a matter of finding the right ones for you
Edit That's a old rom your fashing why not try a more up to date rom
