flashing go ok.
it is info so device is checked and OK
I plug it to tv and usb and device not start properlyComment

Ok and with the same stockrom it boots fine.
redownloading the rom again.
And see if its the same after flashing.
Because by me it boots fine.
Or maybe you have a clone version
