Only shows the blue light on the box when connected to the power, tv and computer doesnt recognize it.

    - Try the boot sd card. Nothing happens. only the blue line. Try the toothpick on the AV to put in recovery. Nothing happens.
    - Using the boot application that I used before to install this ROM, but now the PC doesnt recognize the box. Nothing happens.
    - Tried different PCs and different versions of the boot application, but nothing.

This is a brand new box. Any advises?

If you really did brick it (doubtful), open it up, find the 4-pin serial port, solder 4 pins to it since it probably doesn't have the pins in it. Buy a usb-to-serial adapter. Connect it to the pc using a terminal program and come back when you get that far.
I've tried it that way. The last 2 days I've been searching and following different methods. Can this be a hardware issue?

    Playstore Update Fix

Normal Install google service framework & google play service

(Backup old Phonesky.apk file before you replace)
    copy Phonesky.apk to system/priv-app/Phonesky folder
    set permission Phonesky.apk 0644

    reboot

    enjoy..

If I'm understanding this right, you could try putting the TWRP recovery image from the link below on to your sdcard (ensuring the name is recovery.img)

    http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-...945#post634945

Then turn on the box while pressing in the toothpick, this should get you into TWRP recovery. From there you can change from zips to imgs etc and flash.

If you get really stuck the imgs will be contained within the zip files if that helps. You could try extracting the recovery.img from one of the zips and flash it through TWRP. Just food for thought if anything.

I got sent the wrong firmware which I flashed and now it won't go into recovery, I do however have the SD card method FW so another solution would be a program which forced recovery then I could update the SD files thru USB. I have such a program for MXII, anyone be able to help me out? Got this beautiful new brick here lol :S

Okay - I know this an easy question for somebody - but simple question. Before I flash this on a new box - how do I back up the current ROM? I booted with the toothpick and can get to that screen but there is no backup option. Inside the current ROM I have gone through a backup - but I have a suspicion that is not the "just in case" backup that I am looking for. Sorry for the question but hope someone can help.

    Thanks,

    Hey Everyone!

I have a question or two if someone could find the time to answer I would greatly appreciate it. I currently have 4 T95U Pro's 2G/16R, I want to flash TWRP onto them to keep a copy of one of the systems original stock rom to flash to the other 3. I don't want to flash another rom just want to keep the original rom to flash to the other 3 T95U Pro's. I have to clone the system and am trying to save time by creating a backup to then restore onto the others. Has anyone had success with TWRP on the T95U Pro 2G/16R? I do not want to brick any of these but would like some possible feedback. Also if someone has had great success with a backup and restore along with any suggestions or advice they may have. Thanks!

    Kindest Regards!

    Flash stock firmware v33
Get latest SuperSU binary and put on sdcard
Get TWRP for T95Z on XDA forums. Rename it recovery.img and put on sdcard
Toothpick method the sdcard to get into TWRP
Use TWRP to backup stock kernel to sdcard.
    Flash superceleron's rom
    Reflash kernel backup in TWRP
Go into terminal (still in TWRP) and enter "echo SYSTEMLESS=false>>/data/.supersu"
flash supersu binary from sdcard and reboot

Sorry if this is lacking much explanation of how to do this. If you need a bit more info I'll be happy to go into more detail if needed. Sorry at work at the moment so can't spend too much time posting
