Here i will post 2 roms :
One followed the Krisshin idea, based in prahjister's frankenstein firmware.

Removed Calendar
Removed Contacts
Removed Chinese Keyboard
Removed PPOE
Remove some background services
Changed default Launcher do Square2 (Xannys idea)
Fixed home key button not working (Krisshin)
Fixed Enter bug in usb keyboard (Xannys)
Added script to set afterboot to 0 to fix netflix issues (Xannys)
Added script to copy advancedsettings to kodi
Added script tp fix right issues in : \system\etc\init.d (Xannys)
Changed Wallpaper to Xanny´s one
Added some apps :
Es File Explorer 3.5
youtube tv
adaway
terminal
appkiller
universal init.d
passthrough fix
More some small stuff

Know bugs :
After first boot you will need to enter ini.t app, enable it and edit the bright fix line and save. (it´s probally cause i did that in windows, i will fix later)

The second rom is Xanny's Rom only with uboot changed to A95x

Look for init.d application in app drawer. Click in the script and choose edit in the top right of the screen.

the bigger the value after echo tge brighrest the screen becames.increase in steps of 10

choose run after edit to test

I'd assume the sd card toothpick method should work too as long as your recovery is working properly.

Raja, wich rom are you trying ? Mine box is same as yours, the first boot may take some time.
