Hi thanks for helping arioch i know hunting down the firmware is a pain it should be hosted on Tanix's website but for some reason they seem to be lacking in the customer "support" department

I saw some posts that 7.1 works with the new burning tool v2.42. havent tried it yet though.

Finally I've found the time to try this new firmware. Until now :
Pros: wifi is much better; widevine L3 already installed.
Cons: seems slightly slower specially with the pre installed kodi; is no more compatible with Amazon prime video and timvision, an Italian streaming app (this last point is unacceptable for me).

P.S. The marshmellow image posted by me is working, the one posted in the previous page returned "can't load the firmware".

I'm trying to change superuser with magisk (to use root hide), but the firmware comes rooted at system level: anyone knows where can i find an unpatched boot.img? Tanix doesn't answer me...

Hello, can anyone provide me the .zip file of the marshmallow rom (6.0) of this device. I flashed 7.1 via recovery and it gave an error and now it is stuck on "android" screen. PC refuses to detect the device although I have Installed drivers and short pins too (Windows 10 x64). Please help.
