I searched all over that firmware and did not find any references to SDK 2.0. I think the one I used for 1.4 is newer.

I'll wait for the next update this time.

BTW, I inquired with the Pipo coders, they did confirm that the 20130720 FW update is SDK2.0: http://pipo.cn/En/index.php?m=About&...an_show&id=111

I believe the SDK version is contained in the ro...rksdk... line of /system/build.prop file, and in 20130720 it says "SDK 1.00". The unofficial 1.4 ROM, on the other hand, has this line with "SDK 2.00". So I think the Pipo developers either didn't understand you, you didn't tell you the truth.

Yes they do; however, they seem to be learning very quickly

I have a problem with 1.3 and 1.3a that I believe anyone else has reported so far. For two nights in a row (first night on 1.3 and second on 1.3a) I haven't been able to wake the M6 in the morning. Each time I was using the device last thing at night and then 7, or so, hours later I try to wake it by pressing the power button and nothing. It is completely locked up and it requires the use of the reset pin hole to get it going again. I don't have this problem during the day where I guess I am waking it every few hours.

I have the same problem, but I figured out that is a problem with the display sleep time. I set at 30sec and now it's OK, and I don't need to reset and more.
