anyone have this tv-box ? can't decide which one to buy this one or COOLEME MB3 ?

i have the 3gb version.
it has quite a bit of lag, and i cannot get most kodi addons to work.
they install, but projectfreetv, for example, doesnt show any folders. most others do as well. only openload movies and 1channel fix work at the moment.
i replaced the stock launcher with HAL, wich made it a bit more usable. all apps install as phone apps, as opposed to tv or tablet apps, its quite annoying really.

honestly i am rather disapointed by it, i would not recommend it to anyone until they release some updates for it, or someone makes a custom rom for it.

I've got the 3gb/64gb version on preorder. I'm not expecting the supplier to provide updates so is anyone developing a custom ROM for this unit or can it use Tom for another box? Thanks

Must says temps are good Max 65c +/- on testing, Mid to Hi 40c idle, testing YT 2 hours 60c
Google setup and connection all good, both WiFi and Ethernet very good
Zips along pretty good,so far, installing of apps all good and quick must have good ram.
Has Root, No upper or Lower Bars

Need some help! One big problem which I cannot resolve... Look at the photos. May be it is an easy job to resolve, but I don't know how:

Problem solved, but on this box there are several more problems: lack of status and navigation bars; changing the launcher; availability of electricity in USB ports after shutting down; problems with overheating. I tried turning the box upside down and place a cooler on its new roof - the result was a decrease of about 15 degrees in the temperature!

Hello lyubodelev, can you post the link for the launcher that you use on the Z69 max?
By the way, the fix for the screen in the post #9, is install the apk "set orientation".
Put the setting in Automatic, this works for me.

The launcher is "Top TvLauncher 2". I used "Shortcut Master" apk to be able to open "Settings/Common Settings"... If you experience some difficulties, write to me.
About the fix of the screen, I use "Orientation Control Pro" apk.
